1. Introduction

1.2. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or place any order.

2. Definitions

• “Customer” / “You” means the person who places an order with us.

• “Products” means the items we sell, including ready‑to‑wear dresses, accessories, and custom garments.

• “Custom Products / Couture Services” means any product made or altered specifically according to your measurements, style, or design input.

3. Orders & Pricing

3.1. All prices displayed are in USD (or whichever currency your site uses) and exclude applicable sales tax unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.2. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information, and to refuse or cancel any order in which a product is incorrectly priced (whether due to typographical error, error in pricing information from suppliers, or otherwise).

3.3. For custom or made‑to‑order / couture work, you may be required to pay a deposit before work begins. The amount of deposit will be communicated during the ordering / consultation process.

3.4. Final payment terms (when the balance is due, payment methods accepted) will also be communicated before production or delivery.

4. Custom / Couture & Fittings

4.1. For custom garments, you must provide accurate measurements and any specific design instructions required. We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information supplied by you.

4.2. There may be one or more fittings. These are usually in person (if local), or by virtual consultation / video, depending on the client’s location. Any additional fittings beyond those included may incur extra charges.

4.3. Once the final fitting is approved, changes beyond that point may be subject to additional fees, depending on nature of alteration.

4.4. Because custom items are made specifically for you, they are non‑refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or mistake on our part.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on destination, method, and whether custom work is involved. We will estimate shipping cost and delivery time at checkout or during consultation.

5.2. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier. We will, however, assist with claims for lost or damaged shipments where appropriate.

5.3. Customs, import duties, taxes, or other tariffs for international shipments are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

5.4. For couture orders, delivery times are estimates; unforeseen delays (materials, logistics, customs) may occur. We will keep you informed of any delays.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

6.1. For ready‑to‑wear items, returns or exchanges may be allowed under certain conditions (e.g. unused, unwashed, in original packaging) within a specified timeframe (e.g. 14 or 30 days).


6.2. For custom / couture items, no returns or refunds are offered unless there is a defect, damage, or mistake in workmanship.

6.3. If a product is faulty, please contact us within [X] days of receiving the product with photographic evidence. We will review and, if verified, offer repair, replacement, or refund.

6.4. The cost of return shipping for non‑defective items may be borne by the customer. For defective or incorrect items, we may cover return postage.

7. Intellectual Property
